Blood, Sweat and Tears: ‘True Blood’ stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer are engaged!

I think Anna Paquin is one of the most diverse kiwi actors New Zealand has ever had claim too, of course there are many more like say, Sam Neill, Cliff Curtis, Karl Urban and Melanie Lynskey; but none of those actors are in TRUE BLOOD!!!

Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, those adorable co-stars from the HBO vampire series “True Blood” who’ve been biting each other on the neck both on- and off-screen, have gotten engaged, it was reported Wednesday.

The two actors have been dating since Feb. 24. Paquin, who plays a non-vampire, telepathic, woman on the hit show, was nominated for an supporting actress Oscar in 1994 for “The Piano.” Moyer plays vampire Bill Compton in the series. He also has two children from previous relationships.

No wedding details were released.

Last month, Paquin, 27, said the fact she was dating her co-star made their love scenes in front of the camera a lot easier. “Obviously, if you’re already with that person then you’re not having to sort of get over the ‘Wow, I’m naked with someone that I don’t even know the middle name of!‘”
