You want results?! You can’t handle the results! [F]
Results for last week’s 50minute written exam were handed out today in tutorial. I wasn’t very happy with my result, more so when a fellow student got a mark higher than mine and boasted over how he never even read the required text for it! ॓_॔,
Credit wise, I’m good but I think I deserved a higher grade for my analysis. I understood what the lecturer discussed in classes and what the student tutor spoke of in tutorials, but I didn’t want to waste my opinion on what the lecturer thought was an important aspect of the text. The exam question demanded for nothing as specific as crunching numbers and the vagueness/openness of the question itself allowed room for me to expand my reasoning. But alas, I guess what I have to do in order to score high in this particular course is just regurgitate what is spoon-fed to me during lectures. It certainly worked for that other guy.
*Sigh* So much for fostering freethinkers, and just when I thought my day couldn’t get any worse someone went and deleted my new episode of ‘New Girl’! All I want to do is eat ice-cream and indulge in my guilty pleasures for a while, is that so much to ask?! I’m not easily irritated, but today was just one of those days when everyone around you with a smile on their face just makes you really grouchy. And then sad… But then somehow you’re grouchy again! ॓_॔,
