Are You a Child of the 90s (or 80s) [adverts]

Y-e-a-h that’s not gonna happen. Nice advert though; I miss caps and floppy disks. I don’t know why advertisers do these nostalgic, life affirming monologue commercials and then drop the product placement at the end thinking this style of marketing works on people (assuming people are like me). It’s a put off is what it is. Appraising my memories to make a profit, tisk tisk. I mean sometimes it works, but they ought to know that Internet Explorer has never been in the same league as Hungry Hungry Hippos. If anything, when I was on the net in the 90s I was using Napster and most likely looking at girls on Hot or Not when no one was home — Hey now there’s your target demographic, dial-up porn surfers.
