Think of bad lip-reading, only with subtitles — When asked by the media about his alleged misuse of public funds, Japanese official Ryutaro Nonomura sobbed and ranted incoherently on national television. His crying cracks me up. His sob almost seems like a caricature of a comic relief, cartoon character. Rob Beschizza must have thought the same thing because he made the scandal more entertaining by adding silly subtitles:

What does Ryutaro Nonomura’s apology and donuts have in common? They’re not self centered. Get it? Doh! “ARGHAR-HAHAHA アイムとても残念!”
