“Pharmaceutical CEO Michael Pacman is forced to take his own dangerous medications in order to survive a maze designed by a sadistic patient out for revenge.”
HAHAHA EPIC! We finally see the face of Master Chief!
Of all the April Fools Day crap from today, IGN seems to have taken the cake with their fake Halo movie trailer that shows that Master Chief is both a fighter and a lover. And a damn good dancer. OH BENNY LAVA!
I was expecting a fake trailer but this came with a Bollywood twist that totally got me laughing! Awesomesauce!
I watched this movie today and it was BETTER than I had expected it to be:
Director Kazuaki Kiriya sure has come along way since Casshern (one of my top 10); while being outlandishly live-action-manga-like, Goemon manages to feel grounded in reality (jumping ninjas aside). The script is witty, swordplay cool and the CGI is greatly improved in Goemon as well as the characters. They are more complex, all with fleshed out pasts that intertwine with one another throughout the picture, and being a visual spectacle with a run time of 128minutes, everything just works and is the perfect film for the fearless Kazuaki Kiriya. I funking loved it!
This is the internet at its best – Tune into the Large Hadron Collider live webcamthis minute to watch the first particle collisions as they happen in the largest physics experiments ever conducted. Also, keep an eye out for potential black holes:
‘Exactly what physicists have been dreaming of for 20 years.’ ‘It has been colliding for more than an hour now.’Cool huh, this truly is history.
For 26 years straight, New Zealand has defeated the US in rugby to win the Ross Island Cup. But these aren’t professional rugby players -they are scientists and support staff who live and work in Antarctica!
The national team back home in New Zealand are the All Blacks, but the team from Scott Base goes by the name Ice Blacks. The US team from McMurdo Station, well, most of them don’t even know how to play rugby before they are recruited for the annual game. Yesterday’s game is recounted in embarrassing detail at Discover Magazine.
