GANTZ: The Live-Action Movie [first look]
•February 11, 2010 • Leave a CommentGANTZ is definitely one of those stand-out animes, primarily because of it’s no holds barred violence and it’s life after death undercurrent.
Weird alien technology, unbelievable monsters and people dressed in hot skin-tight suits; judging by the image from Shukan Young Jump Magazine 2010 No.10, this live-action Gantz is heading in the right direction:
Sweet outfit! Actress Watanabe Natsuna will be playing the role of Kei Kishimoto. AND, Its been confirmed that the movie will have the infamous scene where Kei Kishimoto materializes naked in the GANTZ apartment after slitting her wrist in the bathtub 😉
Gantz tells the story of a teenager named Kei Kurono who dies in a train accident and becomes part of a semi-posthumous “game” in which he and several other recently deceased people are forced to hunt down and kill aliens. The missions they embark upon are often dangerous…

Earlier this week, Australian banker David Kiely was caught perving on Miranda Kerr’s GQ photos on his computer during a televised interview with a fellow analyst.
There’s an ongoing effort to help Dave Kiely keep his job, because he was clearly set up, rather well I might add:
In his defense, Kiely claims that he just happened to open an e-mail containing the photos and that it had been a set-up, citing the message, “turn around now,” at the end. Of course, the video is blasting on YouTube and the shamed bank is currently debating the future of their employee.
I think Dave did keep his job in the end.
