Yesterday when I came to work at 10AM, there was a suicide on the train tracks outside Middlemore Hospital. Every time I heard someone elses eye-witness account today of how they saw the woman standing then laying on the tracks and waiting for a good minute to get hit, all I could think to myself was, why didn’t they help? Tragic. Long day.

  1. I know this person, she was buried today. Her story is horrific from start to finish. Her family had to ask around for anyone who had photos of her because they had none…..thanks for giving her a thought.

  2. Suicide is a devastating thing. I can only imagine the extreme loneliness she must have felt, even though she was always loved. My condolences. Thanks Joekhee.

  3. do you know her name?
i’m trying to find out if she was an old school friend please
